We’re going to guess the average Super Bowl viewer has already committed to their chosen supplier of stealth bombers, unmanned aerial vehicles (that’s “drone” to you laymen out there), and other multi-million dollar flying systems, but the company took a gamble that you might switch brands and ran a Super Bowl commercial anyway.

And sure, the Northrop Grumman ad features some badass planes and badass music and all, but we’re still on the fence about which UAV is right for us, frankly.

And we’re still really not sure what the company expected from running this ad, but a bit of goodwill goes a long way.

Maybe the next time we’re working on a high level government appropriations committee, we’ll think balk and remember this Super Bowl ad… and that Lockheed decided to sit on the bleachers.
