GrubHub’s Super Bowl commercial is hilarious if you think about it through one lens, and incredibly depressing through another. Let’s start with the comedy: burritos knocking people unconscious because they ordered food via the phone is funny.

Then there’s the fact that they say “GrubHub lets you order online for free… without ever having to talk to another human being.”

That would be funny… were it not true.
