It’s always important to respect our elders and to listen to the wisdom they have gained along the way. This is all the more true when the subject in question has passed (or is near to) the century mark. And it’s even more crucial you heed the advice of the elderly when they tell you to never “bitch” and to “live fast!”

For their Super Bowl XLIX commercial, Dodge decided to recruit some pretty awesome centenarians to drop some wisdom on all of our collective heads. Why? Because Dodge is 100 years old, too.

When was the last time you thought anything about this carmaker, positive or negative?

Right. And what do you think after watching this ad, both with its charming, wise older folks and with the throaty roar of that engine? Good things, right? Yeah… adverting, baby!
