Much like the story we reported on last week, of Pepsi shooting an ad in tiny Milligan, Nebraska, just a few days ago grocery giant H.E.B. completed a similar commercial shoot for their upcoming Super Bowl commercial.

The H.E.B. spot was filmed in and will prominently feature Bastrop, Texas, a town in the central-eastern part of the state, and one that would look familiar to anyone who knows Small Town America. The ad will feature the local high school’s marching band parading down Main Street. Also appearing is former NFL star Troy Aikman.

Interestingly, while this Super Bowl commercial may bring the most eyes yet onto Bastrop, TX, it is not the town’s first time on camera. It has been used for the filming of plural movies, including “Tree of Life” and “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.”
